Your Role

Day to day you will lead the Asda Mobile Customer team, focusing on sales, acquisition and retention of customers. In partnership with our mobile proposition and product colleagues and working with our corporate marketing teams, you'll ensure that we understand our customers' needs and lead the development of marketing strategies to meet and exceed these needs to ultimately deliver a competitive advantage.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will co-ordinate the analysis of customer metrics (insight, market data, pricing, trends) and be responsible for setting and delivering the annual customer activity plan, delivering impactful promotional strategies, supporting range changes, NPD and seasonal activity to achieve planned acquisition volumes and conversion metrics. You will challenge partners to deliver value for Asda and our customers, ensuring all activities are performing vs. plan, costs and ROI.

You will develop and land effective and fit for purpose POS and marketing messages for our mobile network and handset / SIM card range in store and online. You will lead customer research to discuss products and evaluate initiatives to improve performance.

You will own the in-life Asda Mobile customer experience, analysing and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, particularly at key touchpoints, and land these improvements alongside our proposition team and network partners.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally.
• Adept at analysing and measuring commercial success of activity..
• Experience dealing with senior level leadership teams of suppliers or clients.
• Mobile experience preferred but not essential
