As a Case Management Administrator in the Case Management team, you will be reporting to the Case Management Administration Team Leader and will be responsible for all administrative functions regarding the receiving, and efficient processing, of client communications and clinical documentation within the claims system for medically managed cases. You will also be responsible for equitable workload distribution, ensuring to uphold accuracy, and quality of work for time sensitive files. you’ll be responsible for backend claims and non-medical claims. Your role is to be an advocate for both the company and the client.
