Responsibilities:
Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities
Your skills:
Sales experience, especially in a call center environment
Experience with upselling products
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
