Your new role

• You will perform project management functions and Lead the delivery of Finance solution and infrastructure projects as directed by the Financial Controller
• Business process documentation around key processes including fixed assets, project billing and other adhoc requirements
• You will take part putting together process flows, notes/(SOP) on their key BAU tasks (month end reporting process for Credit Control)
• You will support the business systems lead with completing role mapping exercises for the whole Group
• Project Manage migration projects for new business acquisitions and other automation projects including AP automation
• Support the Team in exploring new automation options for Accounts Receivables and Credit Control

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Proven Business Analyst for at least 5 years with implementation of ERP/CRM experience
• Proven experience carrying out business process mapping using BPMN, Bizagi, or similar
• Knowledge/experience in PRONTO or equivalent will be highly advantageous
• Strong re-engineering skills and high level of competence with MS Office and process mapping tools
• Holds superior people skills to motivate staff involved in project delivery
• Be able to see other people\'s points of view and take on board feedback
• Ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks to meet unplanned demands
• An enthusiastic approach to work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to motivate and influence key stakeholders
• Superior customer service focus (internal and external customers)
• Able to work to tight deadlines
