Wurth Canada is continually growing and has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a business savvy and energetic Administrative Assistant for our head office in Guelph, Ontario.

About the Role:
This position will be based in our Guelph office and reports to the Executive Assistant. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Onboarding and Off-boarding of all company employees
- WSIB clearance certificate management
- Liaison between the IT, Marketing and Human Resource Departments as it relates to returned company property
- Administration of Company e-store relating to company promotional and give away items
- Maintaining and updating company employee mailing list in various databases
- Light reception & admin duties
- Ordering of office supplies
- Distribution of daily mail
- Support Fleet, Travel & Training administrator with various tasks
- Providing administrative support to the training team
- Coordinating registration for the new hire training program
- Ensuring that new hires have proper access to training
Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Administration, Business or related
- Experience in similar role with strong emphasis on organizational and time management
- Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple requests
- Experience in providing support to various departments
- Problem solving skills, results driven, and action-oriented when working on assigned tasks
