Job Description:

  • Ensuring that the check-in and check-out procedure runs as easily as viable and that visitors are escorted to an appropriate room.
  • Responding to requests or proceedings made through visitors in a expert and well mannered way on the way to assure patron satisfaction.
  • Implementing techniques to enhance offerings provided with the goal of attracting extra customers.
  • Hiring and education body of workers in subjects of expert conduct, and making sure that there’s sufficient body of workers always through organizing staffing schedules efficiently.
  • Supporting provider employees with questions posed through visitors and taking on from the help body of workers if any problems arise.
  • Understanding what visitor expectancies are and looking forward to troubles on the way to save you proceedings.
  • Acting as a hyperlink among visitors and lodge control.
  • Attending conferences with control to speak about troubles and techniques for improvement.
  • Handling coins or bills made through credit score card.
  • Understanding protection and emergency techniques. 

Job Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management or hotel management.
  • Ability to speak, read and write the language used in the workplace and knowledge of one or more other languages ​​preferred.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience in a hotel management position.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word and hotel software.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and multitasking.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work beyond scheduled hours, including weekends.
  • The ability to identify areas that need change or improvement to provide guests with a great hotel experience.
  • Understand and follow hotel policies and regulations and clearly communicate these to staff.
