Job Description

responsible for developing bulletproof front-end and back-end code, working closely with our team of Developers, Designers and Producers on both internal and client projects. Your days will vary between working on large, complex projects for both corporate and government entities, through to managing support tickets for our existing clients.

What you’ll do

  • Work within an agile team of PMs, designers and developers to deliver exceptional projects for clients
  • Work on a wide range of projects, from bespoke builds to support tickets
  • Design, develop and test technical solutions in collaboration with other developers on time and on budget
  • Write project documentation for internal and external client use
  • Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
  • Consult with clients providing best practice recommendations where required

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience developing responsive web applications
  • Experience with PHP & frameworks like Laravel and Silverstripe
  • Solid understanding of Javascript (ES6+) & Typescript
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL a bonus
  • Comfortable working with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Git and other team collaboration tools
  • Strong sensibility and an eye for detail
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Happily works autonomously as well as within a team collaboration environment
  • Ability to move fast, multi-task/managing working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Bonus points

  • Knowledge in animation libraries and techniques - you’ll love a good micro-interaction
  • Experience with AWS/GCP, basic server management
  • Experience with React Native
  • A clear understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
