Our Business Support recruitment team are currently looking to welcome a Fulfilment Consultant to their Belfast based business. Working alongside our experienced recruitment team, you will be playing a key role in placing temp & perm roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Placing candidates into positions (business support, admin and industrial into both public sector and SME clients throughout Northern Ireland)
- Pre screening and shortlisting candidates
- Placing candidates in both permanent and temporary roles
- Supporting payroll and day to day compliance
- Building exceptional rapport with both your candidates and client
- Managing a select number of current clients with the primary aim to maximise market share within their temporary and permanent workforce
- Ensure we attain all potential business opportunities
To be successful in this role you will:
- Growing market share within existing clients
- Be a strong, consistent billing consultant
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
- Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
