About the role
Our Fulfilment team support the order processing for our Furniture stock, including large pieces and bespoke orders. As a Clerk within the team your main duty is to proactively manage the life of a Sales Order (SO) from the point it has been created to delivery to the customer, ensuring smooth running, and timely fulfilment of the customer’s updated progress throughout.

The job holder will contact the customer 2 weeks before the expected delivery date to collect any outstanding balances if applicable as well as contact the customer post-delivery to confirm the successful fulfilment of the order and take any necessary action from that contact.

You will manage the cancellation process ensuring that the correct process is followed and the Company is protected from financial loss as well as manage the vendor to deliver the order complete and on time. Where applicable coordinate linked orders. Running daily/weekly fulfilment team reports including order bank, bookings, SO, Purchase Orders, goods in, Miscs etc.

About You 
You will possess high attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to work to deadlines. As a strong relationship builder, you will be able to work coherently with our buying, retail and warehouse teams to ensure best practice and smooth deliveries for our customers. 
We are looking for some who also possesses:
•    Strong admin experience 
•    Prior knowledge of order processing and raising POs
•    Knowledge of SAP 
•    A collaborative style 
•    Strong customer service skills
•    The ability to go above and beyond
