We’re looking for a talented Contamination lead to join our Environmental team.

About the Role

Get excited! We are looking for the right person to fill this role:

Lead FSC's Contamination team serving government and private clients.

Work with other FSC leaders to shape and grow the capacity of the team.

Mentor and develop the team to help them achieve their goals

Create an industry leading technical advisory service in the contamination space

Drive business development and growing our client base

Recruit and grow the team and their capabilities.

Responsible for financial aspects of the division, including budgeting and monthly reporting with the FSC Environmental General Manager.

Be part of growing a new type of consulting business collaboratively

Innovate new ways of working to provide practical outcomes to our clients

About You

We are looking for technical skill, cultural fit and diversity of thought. To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated environmental consulting experience in leading teams working advising major transport infrastructure projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - have a deep care for those you work with

Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Extensive technical, practical and leadership experience in contamination advisory.

A recognised Environmental Engineering / Science degree, or equivalent

A strong analytical mind, attention to detail with a systems and governance mindset

Enjoy being creative and thinking of new ways of doing things

Like to have fun at work!
