We're on the lookout for a welcoming and professional Frontline Administrator to join our Nissan, Peugeot and Citroen Team in Botany.

This is an opportunity for a confident and capable person looking to grow in their career. This role is responsible for providing a high level of support to customers, and the business. Day to day tasks include promptly answering inbound phone calls, delivering excellent customer service, general administration duties, data entry and helping the dealership run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful applicant will have

  • Strong ability to plan and manage schedules
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sound computer and administration skills
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • A clean full drivers license
  • Resilience and confidence
  • The right to live & work in New Zealand

Experience in a similar role is preferred, however we will consider those with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
