Warmly welcome our guests, you are the face & the first impression of the hotel
Offer intuitive service, know our guests needs before they know themselves
Check-in/ Check-out our guests
Serve drinks, wait tables, park cars and understand the need to jump in wherever the demand
Meet & connect with our guests. Offer personable Sydney lifestyle experiences so our guests can escape the everyday and enjoy the unexpected
Guest Service Agent or Guest Service Detective? Be the eyes and ears of the ground floor service team
Accurately open and/or cash-up & print reports
