- General Administrative Duties
- Maintain general office and other supplies as appropriate within delegated authority levels.
- Process inward and outward mail daily.
- Provide clerical and secretarial support to the care home.
- Prioritizes and completes word processing and spread sheeting tasks as assigned, including reports, letters, newsletters, statistical charts and graphs, and various documentation related to the day to day operation of the business.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information received.
- Maintain filing and database systems including archiving which promote easy access by authorized personnel.
- Demonstrate competency in necessary computer skills.
- All allocated tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Reports and Accounting
- Ensures deadlines are met for all reporting needs – Care Home occupancy, finance and others as required.
- Collate, code and distribute accounts payable invoices for signing, and despatch within required timeframes.
