We are an emerging dessert-cafe shop in Huntington, focused on Italian products and on the creation of classic gelato!

The right candidate must be passionate about food, have great customer service and be reliable.

We are looking for someone with:

* Can work well under pressure

You must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated as at times you will be working independently. Previous barista experience would be an advantage however full training will be provided.

Some of the job duties include:

• take orders, serve customers and answer their questions
• prepare coffee beverages and use a coffee machine
• serving scoops of gelato to the customers
• clear tables, wash dishes and clean the front area
• prepare foods such as salads, sandwiches, baked goods

The successful candidate will be required to work on a roster basis, an average of 10/15 hours per week to start. Shifts hours will increase in summer to a full-time position
