Job Description

We are on the hunt for a full time professional, enthusiastic and highly motivated person to be a part of our thriving busy practice! This role is working 4 days a week from 9:30am - 7pm.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST 

The candidate will be held to high standards working across the entire business. This is a multifaceted role undertaking a diverse range of duties and responsibilities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undertake and assist in administrative, education and operational matters to assist in business growth.
  • Manage front desk duties such as meeting and greeting and educating patients, booking appointments, cash handling, dealing with phone and email enquiries, and general administrative tasks.
  • Need to be able to work well under pressure and to multi task in business providing a high level of customer service
  • Strong IT skills and proficient with technology Cliniko PMS (training provided), MS Office Suite, Social Media and MAC OS
  • Highly developed problem solving skills to oversee day to day operations
  • Master multitasker who understands and values the role in the healthcare sector that requires compassion, professionalism and discretion as you deal with all manners of people

THE CANDIDATE

  • Customer service experience, sales experience, retail or otherwise (not required but advantageous)
  • Caring and giving personality to help people heal 
  • High confidence levels to be able to communicate business values
  • Exceptionally well organised, high motivated and results driven
  • Experience in a small business structure to achieve strategic goals and targets
  • Focused on supporting company goals and targets acting on own initiative
  • Incredibly organised, ability to multi task and work with autonomy
  • Proficiency with technology with fast and accurate typing speeds.
  • Strong administrative follow up and self-management skills to be able to work without supervision
  • Must be calm, friendly and self-disciplined and ready to help the business excel
