Seeking Formwork Carpenters of all levels to help out an existing crew to build three Olympic Standard dive towers. This aspect of the project is starting February 21st, with up to 3 months of work!

You will be part of the upcoming multi-million dollar Metro Sports Aquatic and Leisure Facility for Christchurch. This project is in the finishing stages of the three Olympic Standard pools and dive towers!

The successful candidate will not only work on the pools and dive towers, but also work in with the existing crew to finish our contract works. Ongoing work opportunities will be available throughout the City and the Country as we have a huge word load ahead of us.

$24.00 - $30.00 Wages; $30.00 - $37.00 Contracting

Role and Responsibilities:

• Installing Doka formwork system - NO steel tying or concrete placing required
• Some work off EWP's and scaffold
• Building columns and outriggers
• Forming springboard towers and dive towers on 3 sites
• Formwork to mere mm tolerance
• During downtime, nib walls and plinths to be built

Role Requirements:

• COVID-19 passport required for commercial site
• Must have valid Site Safe or Construct Safe Passport - or happy to obtain before attending site
• Understand and interpret plans and drawings
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• After experienced and professional Formwork Carpenters
