About you

We are looking for an individual that has a degree in Food science/Tech Or Food related degree and previous food industry experience working either in a factory or retail setting as a technologist. You'll have a passion for the luxury food market, and a proven track record in identifying and implementing improvements to deliver a best-in-class range that exceeds customers’ expectations. This dynamic role offers an incredible opportunity to build supplier relationships with a unique supply base.

You'll need to be a clear communicator who has confidence in speaking to both internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to multitask and work towards many KPIs in different categories. With a keen eye for detail, you will enjoy monitoring, reporting and investigating.

Communication is key in this role as you will be liaising with the buying team, supplies, retail, restaurants and kitchens. You will also be responsible for driving vendor compliance which requires someone with the ability to build strong relationships. More specifically, we’re looking for someone:
