Minimum qualifications:

• Experience as a business manager in a service industry role across multiple geographies.
• Experience as a contract and stakeholder manager.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Program or Project Management training and experience with proven results as a manager of projects and programs.
• Experience working and leading in a matrixed organization focused on delivering service for clients/customers.
• Change and Transformation experience focusing upon planning skills, information organization, timeline tracking and comprehensive communication/collaboration across a matrixed organization.
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects and programs concurrently with minimal direct supervision.

As the Food Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivery and execution of the food program experiences and activities at all Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) food program venues.

You will be an integral part of the Regional Food Program team, managing and collaborating with key vendor partners. You will be responsible for maximizing the impact of experiences and spaces that enable Google to thrive. You will monitor progress against program strategies and objectives, budgets, headcount, and project plans. You will build relationships across the network of users, leaders, peers, and vendors in the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective and high impact relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders (e.g., Site Program Managers, Real Estate and Workplace Services, People Operations, and Finance) across multiple sites and countries, and have program oversight and execution through a network of specialist food service agreement engagements. 
• Manage delivery of food program operations, maintaining the established financial process, vendor relationships, and cost control/efficiency mechanisms.
• Manage food program venue planning and development, coordinating work with Food Design team and peers as venues and offices are planned and delivered.
• Contribute to the development of a variety of food programs, including cafes, mobile programs, and central production units. 
• Gather data to evaluate potential risks within the food program operations while implementing process improvement, strategies, and ongoing compliance with the food program’s quality assurance program.
