Hillmorton Hospital Food Services produces cook chill bagged food and bakery products to all CDHB Christchurch City Hospitals along with patient meals to the Hillmorton campus and 700 Meals on Wheels on weekdays.
You will be responsible for the effective leadership of the team in the cook chill production kitchen; and for recipe development, product preparation and presentation.
The role is also responsible for producing training materials that support all CDHB hospital kitchens to adhere to consistently high standards that are aligned to our Food Control Plan.
Reporting to the Hospitality Service Manager for Hillmorton and The Princess Margaret Hospital's. This position manages 37 Cooks and Kitchen Assistants.
