 Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversees dining room operations on a shift basis 
• Provides outstanding customer service to guests.
• Offers food and beverage expertise to customers
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Coaches a team of engaged team members who care passionately about the business, site operations, and delivering a great guest experience.
• Trouble-shoots and resolves guest concerns before they escalate.
• Performs front line service duties as required 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of front of house restaurant experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
• Must be Smart Serve certified
• Proven knowledge of food and wine
• Bartending and serving experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant is required
• Effective leadership and ability to provide coaching to employees
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Must have experience with restaurant point of sale systems
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional customer service skills
