Job Description
The core role of the coordinator will be to deliver a cradle to grave customer experience and services for National FM companies across Land Based Security (ADT), TFIS.
How you will do it
- To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our Facilities Management Companies.
- Support account managers to develop strong relationships with FM customers.
- Call receipt and dispatch of engineers to break fixes.
- Planning and site liaison for RIs / PPMs
- Generate accurate billing in line with customer pricing matrices
- Annual re-occurring revenue invoicing including communication with customer to gain purchase orders.
What we look for
Required
- Experience of having worked in a results driven customer service environment.
- Computer literate.
- Customer orientated
- Fluency in English language (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach.
- Persistent, resolute in focusing on results and able to set tough personal objectives, monitor progress and if necessary take corrective action.
- Ability to remain forceful when others become pessimistic or when dealing with new and unexpected situations.
Preferred
- Experience of billing / invoicing (extremely desirable).
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
- Experience of security industry (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and creative, able to remain confident when dealing with negative situations and come up with imaginative solutions to difficult problems.
