Are you known for your safety conscience and attention to detail whilst working proactively and agilely in a commercially sustainable way? Above all are you passionate to help Britain achieve #CarbonNetZero?

Key Attributes you can demonstrate:

Have working experience as a Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineer within a project world. In the absence of direct experience, you would have in-depth knowledge of fluid systems.

We would love you to also have any of the following:

Project experience on steam turbines and their systems/support systems, and/or sea water cooling systems

Direct Nuclear Experience or an enthusiasm and willingness to develop in this area.

Experience on design work, site-based operations, construction, or commissioning

Experience of working in a heavily regulated project environment

About us and the role:

We are looking for Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineers to join our nuclear energy business working as part of the Mechanical Systems Branch supporting the Conventional Island & Balance of Plant (CI&BoP) systems team, based in Gloucester (hybrid working arrangements). The role holder will take up the responsibility of leading on systems in either the conventional Island or Balance of Plant to support our client licensee requirements and underpin Nuclear Safety. This is an exciting time to join the team as the HPC Project is moving into the key mechanical & electrical erection phase and work is progressing on securing the Sizewell C Project to help Britain achieve #CarbonNetZero.

Reward Package:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension scheme, a wide range of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle, and the opportunity to earn a bonus.

Please let us know if you require flexible working arrangements by highlighting this on your application. We’re happy to talk flex in line with the requirements of this opportunity.
