We are looking for a support worker to join as the fiftth member of our out of hours tenancy sustainment Team.

Job Summary: We provide an outreach service for tenants, who are experiencing difficulty sustaining their tenancy and are at risk of losing their tenancy with private landlord, housing association or through the rent guarentee scheme.

As a motivated and dynamic support worker you will be working to meet your clients's support and training needs, enabling them to develop the skills and tools to take control, make positive life choices, empowering them to achieve successful outcomes and sustain their tenancy.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience to providing support to vulnerable adults
• Positive approach and highly motiviated to support clients
• Knowledge of support needs commonly faced by homeless and vulnerable clients
• Able to work flexibly In an busy environment, be solution focused, with an ability to prioritise, making sound decisions under pressure
• Great verbal and written communication skills and good team working skills
