Job Description Summary
To achieve all sales and profit targets through effectively managing the Quote to Order process across a portfolio of customers within the Managed and Outsourced space. This role requires proactive management of renewals to ensure all opportunities are progressed whilst exploring areas of growth with the customers prior to the end of existing contracts.

Motor Finance & Leasing is a key part of Retail Bank, the largest division in Lloyds Banking Group. We help our customers by fulfilling their mobility needs through both the Lex Autolease and Black Horse brands by providing cars, vans, caravans and motorbikes and/or the finance for them. We’re recruiting for a Fleet Sales Adviser who will be responsible for providing excellent service delivery to the Lex Autolease customer base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the vehicle renewal management process. This involves liaising with drivers to secure new vehicles and explore opportunities for fleet growth.
This role will suit someone who is easily able to effectively prioritise daily workloads and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. You’ll need to be confident managing customer queries via the telephone and via email, aiming to resolve where possible at first point of contact.
