Ä€u Mahi | What You Will Do

UC's Facilities Management Department has an opportunity for a Fleet and Operations Team Leader to provide leadership to both the Fleet and Cleaning teams. You will manage the operations of both areas to ensure that the provision of services is in accordance with service level agreements and that the appropriate systems and processes are in place to manage service provision.

Mōu | Who You Are

With at least 4-5 years of commercial cleaning experience and managing the provision of cleaning services on a large site you will have:

  • Proven experience in managing fleet operations and maintenance procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of quality standards for provision of services
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing a budget
  • Understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

In addition, you will also hold a Tertiary Qualification - National Diploma (NZQA Level 6) or, have equivalent relevant industry experience.

  • Security Services Delivery
  • Capital planning, programming and delivery
  • Maintenance planning, programming and delivery
  • Support Services Delivery
