What will you do? 

We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Site Supervisor to lead the Façade & Fitout packages on one of our multi-story apartment blocks. You will lead a site-based construction team and take responsibility for health and safety, project planning, execution and quality assurance of works on site., and ensure work is proceeding as per site plans and specifications. 

Your work will be diverse and varied and you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting, unique, large scale project. 

This is a full time, permanent position.

Who are you? 

In this full time position, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting, unique, large-scale project. 

You will: 

• Have proven experience working on commercial/residential (multi-storey) projects in a Foreman capacity, specifically in interior fitout and façade detailing
• Have experience planning and coordinating multiple trades, as well as managing short term programmes
• Hold a relevant trade qualification
• You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to create a positive team atmosphere
• You value people, kindness and strong teams, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results  
• You strive for excellence; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature and you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road
• You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
