We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Application Support Officer to join our Financial Applications Support Team responsible for supporting multiple Financial Applications including Integra, Appian, AP Forensics and Pay 360. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of a typical application support role and be willing to adapt to CST methodologies. Location: Home-based with the occasional travel to our Bromley office

We’re now seeking a Financial System Support Officer to join our Financial Applications Support Team responsible for supporting multiple Financial Applications including Integra, Agresso and Pay 360.

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of a typical application support role and be willing to adapt to CST methodologies. Training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to develop.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the design, deployment, support, reconciliation and maintenance of the multiple financial applications
  • Provide first and second line support, delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Support of new implementations of financial systems
  • Liaise with suppliers, managers, clients and third-party software providers
  • Undertake project work as required
  • Support colleagues as required
  • Conform at all times to all established processes, best practices and performance standards.

  • Previous experience of software support delivery and services within a financial environment
  • Experience in implementation, development and management of core financial software
  • Experience of working in a team within a customer focused environment
  • 1st and 2nd line application support
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Able to work with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent customer care & communications skills
  • Math’s and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades C or above
