Responsibilities

• New business growth and lapse management as per your personal targets

• Evidence of having sound knowledge of our competitors and identifying regular feedback to further develop our proposition/pricing model

• Timely updates to your relationships as per key information shared by the business

• Presenting: Training, key updates, hosting conferences, performance concerns, internal forums

• Supporting Third party relationship & development (i.e 4C, Treatment pathways & Hip & Knee Networks etc)

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Sound Knowledge of Intermediary & Products PMI market desirable but not essential

• Understanding of FCA guidelines

• A proven track record in successfully Influencing & Negotiating

• Relationship Building – across all levels

• Confident & articulate presenter

• Data analytics & ability to influence decisions from this
