ABOUT THE ROLE

As Factory Manager, you'll be leading a team of 20 to drive the continued success and growth of our client's busy joinery manufacturing business. As you engage with management and staff, you'll be ensuring the smooth running of operations and maximising efficiencies through the process of manufacturing joinery for domestic kitchens and general fabrication as well as bespoke commercial projects.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you'll come from a joinery background, either as a tradesman or have experience in a senior role in a joinery factory. You'll revel in the challenges of overseeing the manufacture, assembly and delivery of orders on time. This demands the skills that you'll bring, that:

• sees you communicate and engage with all staff and management in this close-knit team
• revels in the "live-Tetris" of scheduling the workload; delivering orders on time or earlier
• attention to detail and drive for a craftsman finish to maintain and grow the companies reputation as a market leader
• you enjoy the satisfaction that great time management brings
• of course, your health & safety compliance is top-notch and
• you love the busy working environment
