Duties & Responsibilities:
01. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.02. Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.03 Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.04. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.05. Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.06. Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.07.
