Metal Concepts is looking for expressions of interest for the position of Factory Assistant Worker.

This is an entry level engineering role where experience is not necessary, but the right attitude and work ethic is. In this role you will enjoy a mix of responsibilities, you will be an allrounder helping out in multiple facets of the factory. You will work closely with the fabricators assisting where needed. You will learn about the different aspects of manufacturing architectural pieces and product for commercial projects. Working from our new factory you will safely operate the tools, learn how to drive a fork lift to move and stack product and learn and understand the quality assurance process.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting panels for quality
• Pack and prepare
• Load and unload product
• Assist Fabricators
• Manual Labour

Skills and experience required:

• Fabrication experience (preferred but no necessary)
• Engineering qualification (preferred nut not necessary)
• Attitude to learn and develop
• Great work ethic
• Good command of English, listening and verbal communication skills
