Our client owns a large commercial property in the heart of the Auckland CBD. The property houses a wide variety of commercial tenants that range from restaurants to entertainment. Their team has grown over the past year and the need for a facilities Manager has become available.
Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibilities will be the effective and efficient co-ordination of facilities management within the premises, their tenants and managing appropriate key projects.
