Position Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for the Facilities area.
Manage the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinate workflows for the department.
Answer phone and assist contractors, employees and vendors.
Maintain relationships with vendors and other outside contractors, including contracts and Certifications of Insurance.
Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.
Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.
Maintain Confluence / Microsoft Teams information.
Audit / analyze department reports and exception reports.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
Previous administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work independently and with others.
