Reporting to the Parks and Cemetery Manager, the Facilities and Contract Advisor is responsible for ensuring the built facilities (approximately 200 sites ranging from gymnasiums, crematoria, stadia, changing rooms, monuments, marine structures e.g., pontoons) managed by the Parks and Recreation group are assessed, maintained and where necessary refurbished to ensure the department meets its obligations under relevant legislation and the needs of recreational users and/or lessee's.
