About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, operations administrator with great people skills to join our dynamic team in our Auckland office. This is a Full-time role that provide high-level operations administration support to the Facilities Manager. Day to day facility co-ordination and support to ensure the smooth running of the office facilities.

What You will Do

  • High-level management of the staff internal Parking System and all managed parking sites.
  • Security card management, printing and issuing, processing, and reporting.
  • Travel Administrator, keeping abreast with process and procedures, bookings, and changes.
  • Working closely with the Facilities Manager to serve as a point of contact for facility issues and

escalate through the right channels. Overseeing onsite jobs working with landlord and directly

with contractors.

What you will Bring

We are looking for a friendly, savvy Operations administrator who has experience with the tasks listed above, ideally previous experience working in a high demanding office environment. Operations / Facilities support experience or Senior Administrator roles at a sensor or executive level.

  • Excellent communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work as a part of a small team, work autonomously and use initiative.
  • Build effective working relationships with broad range of people and organisations.
  • Have personal integrity, sound judgement and an honest and ethical approach.
  • Ability to time manage and meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.
  • Able to produce logically presented and clearly written material.
