Our busy general practice is looking to fill another nursing role with an experienced practice nurse who  
-can bring their knowledge, skills, experience and warm personality to complement our existing great team.
-can bring clinical excellence and progressive ideas for productive and efficient methods of working.
- is comfortable with change, has a passion for general practice, and who has great people skills.
-is friendly, compassionate, pro-active, and who genuinely cares about people's health and well being.

Duties include:

-assisting in management of chronic conditions
-triage assessment of acute patients, and patient education through nurse appointments
-being reactive to patient needs and providing usual practice nurse services e.g. vaccination and smear taking

We encourage patient responsibility and empowerment in self-management of their chronic conditions.
