Freshpork Bay City, our Timaru production facility is New Zealand’s largest pork specialist abattoir and butchery operation. Our dedicated team of over 75 staff process around 4,500 pigs per week.
We are looking for an experienced Knife hand to join our Hot Chop team.
As one of our Hot Chop crew you will be splitting and halving hot carcasses to prepare them for boning.
To be successful in this role you will:
Starting at 6:00am, you’ll work on a rostered system each week. The team covers Sunday to Friday.
