We are currently seeking a very experienced Forklift Operator to work at our clean, modern, well equipped Industrial Coatings workshop located in the lifestyle friendly Gold Coast region. The business is growing to meet increasing demand from several long-term contracts, providing excellent job security. We have a great team atmosphere with high standards for health and safety and are looking for a like minded team player.

Requirements

This is a challenging role for lifts up to 10 tonnes with irregular dimensions, so we need a skilled operator for loading and unloading high value steel, bulk tanks etc. You will need to be fit as you will be continuously on and off the forklift as well as working outside at times. Must be a self starter and be able to manage your workload and complete basic paperwork.

Benefits

The position is full-time 40 hours per week – typically Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm. Some Saturday morning work maybe required occasionally, but we like to maintain a good work life balance. We offer a competitive pay rate consistent with ability.
