Job Description:

Allied Universal is seeking Experienced High End Concierge for Condominium in Downtown, Toronto.

Wage $17.00 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Emergency response to fire & life safety emergencies

Providing outstanding, personalized customer service

Operate condo building systems (report writing, daily logs, parcel logs)

Access control

Surveillance (alarm & CCTV systems)

Patrolling, as required

Guest management, including guest parking

Parcel management

Follow site Post Orders and approved Condo Rules & Regulations

Report writing (Daily & Incident) with excellent communication

Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Candidates must have:

Legal & valid ability to work in Canada (SIN)

Valid Ontario Security Guard license

Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C (minimum)

Full time availaibility to work swing shift (Fri 00-08, Sat 00-12, Sun12-24, Mon 16-24)

Minimum secondary school diploma/equivalence
