This person must have proven on-site experience in any kind of construction setting. It could be commercial or residential, but you must be able to show that you have tried your hand at a variety of skills such as;

• Site set up & pack down
• Knowledge of basic tools
• Understanding of safe site procedures
• Working under supervisers & forman 
• Hard yakka work like digging trenches & jackhammering 
• Basic understanding of the stages of building 
• Basic understanding of trades such as painting, plasterboard fixing, landscaping for example

If you have an interest in developing your building knowledge, Tradestaff can get you there by;
