Group LLT is a centre of excellence defining BT’s strategy for Capability, Leadership, Talent and Diversity working with the CFUs to deliver BT’s people strategy. The post holder will be involved in the successful running of the executive Assessment process, which is key to the broader executive recruitment strategy. Allowing Senior Leaders to make informed selection and developmental decisions for internal and external candidates.  

Enhancing the brand reputation of the team through effective operational support to ensure a brilliant employee experience and team success. The role holder will also play a role on the diary management of the Talent Director and ensuring a robust end to end set of processes and admin for the talent team overall from recruitment to assessment.

 

You'll have the following responsibilities

Drive the assessment process engine as part of the Executive Recruitment selection process.

Manage and maintain senior stakeholder relationships through the process, being responsive to their needs to react and flex the process to very tight timescales, whilst still ensuring the quality of output and experience for the candidate is not impaired.

Manage relationships with external assessors their supplier and external assessment providers.

Build and maintain accurate documentation within a complex process, using SharePoint as the main engine to enable the flow of information and reporting of progress. 

Re-imagine assessment and coaching – Manage and drive participants through the multi-session assessment and coaching journey that forms a significant part of 'Re-imagine More offering'.  Manage and maintain relationships with participants, senior stakeholders and external coaches. Ensure collateral is available, accurate and schedule of planned sessions is maintained and reflects reality.

Accountable for commissioning and proof checking communications collateral, with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Accountable for interfaces with suppliers and PO management.

Responsible for undertaking and fulfilling  the Talent Directors diary management and administration of PO;s and team management activities.

You'll have the following skills & experience

Experienced within planning and programme management, comfortable with the responsibility of end to end task delivery.

Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.

Effective use of systems to create efficient and functional processes.

Manages stakeholders across own team and HR Leads plus external suppliers.

Strong HR environment exposure, focussing on candidate/participant experience.

Knowledge of using Sharepoint, i-Buy and Markview an advantage.
