The Edge + Platform CTO Team is looking for an experienced Executive Business Administrator to provide high level support for our Chief Technical Officer & Corporate Vice President. To be successful, the candidate will have the ability to anticipate and remove roadblocks for the CVP and team, make timely decisions across the business group, and simply get things done. The candidate will be able to build effective working relationships and include work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. A successful candidate will be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively identify areas to help support the business.
The candidate will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly as well as the ability to maintain high-level confidentiality, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being detail-oriented and having consistent and timely follow-through will be essential to success. This position has responsibility for executive-level interfaces and contact with all levels of Microsoft employees worldwide.
A successful candidate will have a strong administrative skills profile exhibiting high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creative problem solving and decision making, time management abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
