We have two clients from the education sector looking for Executive Assistants to join their teams on a temporary basis from 2 months to 1 year.

With temping, it gives you a good foot in the door with some great local companies where you can grow your skillset further.

Ideally we would be looking for people with strong experience across these key areas:

• Coordination of correspondence, diary management, and daily agendas
• General administration and reception duties
• Customer service via phone, email or face-to-face
• Database management
• Filing, scanning, data entry and processing information
• Invoicing, AP/AR
• Records and document management

If you are a highly organised person, and when thrown a curve ball, can run with it, we want to talk to you!

Being first point of contact for all incoming calls as well as visitors, you must have a good phone manor and strong customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who wants to come in and get the job done and done well the first time.
