The Company

Our business was established in 1982 as an industrial textiles manufacturing and distribution company. Over the last 40 years, we have developed a reputation for providing top quality products to the Civil Construction and Infrastructure sectors, to residential customers and to trades nationally and now internationally. 

Our brands are Cirtex Industries Ltd (New Zealand), Cirtex Industries Pty Ltd (Australia) and Strol Ltd.

We currently have a vacancy in our Head Office in Thames for an Executive Assistant reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional administration support to the Company, it’s Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team
  • Act as a point of contact for the Chief Executive Officer, Employees and Stakeholders
  • Manage diary and travel bookings for the Chief Executive Officer
  • Maintain the Chief Executive Officer’s filing and records as required
  • Draft/collate reports, letters, proposals and other communications as required
  • Provide general administration and reception assistance
  • Organise, attend and transcribe minutes of meetings
  • Organise staff and team events
  • Order office supplies
  • Oversee facilities management
  • Perform general office duties and key projects as required

The Applicant

We are looking for a person who naturally aligns to our company ethos. Prior experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role is desired.

  • Have a great work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Can build and maintain strong, open and collaborative relationships across all levels
