The role:

Will see you supporting the Executive General Manager along with managing a small administration team of two. This role is multifaceted as you are not only providing Executive Support but Office Management.

The EGM is described as a laid back & personable person who interacts and engages with people all over the organisation each day. The environment is not corporate however the head office is currently undergoing a facelift which will provide a modern and innovative work space for all.

Some key responsibilities include:

-provide proactive support to the EGM and senior leadership team when required including calendar management, travel itineraries & meeting organisation -coordinate & attend leadership team meetings / events / functions including preparation of agendas -minute taking when required -oversee office management & administration -build and maintain strong internal relationships

What skills & experience you will bring:

-proven experience as an EA, in a retail environment is advantageous -strong administration skills + effective organisation & time management -ability to build strong and effective relationships -exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written

What you will be rewarded with:
