About the role
Reporting directly to the GM of Customer & Regulatory Partnerships, the Executive Assistant provides executive and personal support in a one-on-one working relationship. Honest, warm, hardworking and transparent, this executive believes that a strong EA/executive relationship must be built on trust so is looking for that trustworthy right hand support person. To succeed in this role it is essential we get the right fit with the GM and value alignment with the Customer & Regulatory Partnerships team and organisation.
The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within collaborative team environment that is results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The eyes and ears of the Customer & Regulatory Partnerships team, with strong relationships within the team, internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently and flexibly and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
About you
There is a large amount of trust required for this role, so it is important that discretion and professionalism is demonstrated. You’ll be values-driven with a high level of commercial acumen, be flexible and committed while also being a forward-thinker, pre-empting the needs of the GM. It is a fast-paced environment so being one step and able to juggle multiple things at once is going to stand you out. We’re looking for someone who remains composed under pressure and takes a proactive approach to problem solving. You will be approachable, a confident decision maker, with superior communication skills and the ability to establish successful working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Tact, confidentiality, professionalism and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are all traits we’re looking for in this person. And most of all you’ll have a fun down to earth personality.
Of course, it goes without saying, you will be adept at managing relationships in a way that emulates the Executive high standards, commitment to excellence, vision, drive and resolve for the organisation.
