Executive Assistant to Deputy Chief Executive People and Capability

Our DCE for the People and Capability Group, needs a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support him to be in the right place, at the right time and with the right information, everytime. This role is best suited to someone who is at their best in busy, fast moving environments, understands how to implement fit for purpose systems and processes and has a great attitude even when faced with challenges.
This exciting opportunity will suit a self-managing professional who is comfortable juggling an interesting workload and organising your DCE. You'll be approachable, an effective relationship builder and have a high level of political nous.
Day-to-day you'll provide diary oversight, organise internal and external stakeholder meetings, travel bookings and prepare documentation and presentations. All of this done with your natural flair and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will have worked with senior leaders, be proficient across the suite of Microsoft products and other systems with a willingness and ability to work with a range of different products that will increase efficiency and new ways of working.
You will be a key member of the team and right-hand person to the DCE!
Position Description
Salary range: $71,231.00 - $87,060.00
