Te tūranga - The role
As a Group EA you'll actively manage your senior leader's day to ensure it runs smoothly. This includes providing sound judgement and timeliness they can depend on, diary management, meeting and event management, internal and external communications, travel arrangements and budget support.
As the Auckland Office manager role you'll also be responsible for the management of the Auckland office to ensure that all administrative, financial and organisational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The Auckland-based Receptionist/Department Coordinator will report to this role and you will work closely with the wider administration team in Wellington to ensure consistent delivery of top notch support services.
