About the role


We are looking for an organised and hardworking Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our growing team. 


We are a residential development company based in the Auckland city. 


As our team is small in number, this role includes the management of our daily office administration as well as the coordination of imported construction materials and equipment. 


This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (may be required to work overtime in a busy period). 


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high quality EA support to the Director
     
  • Responsible for handling and coordinating the construction materials and equipment procurement process
          o Communicate with overseas suppliers and contractors in relation to the import of building materials  
          o Assist with the coordination of material procurement process and completes documentation
         o Involve in the shipment and receipt of goods
         o Track, trace and update the status of incoming shipments
         o Dealing with invoices
  • Provide reliable office administration support to our team including:
         o Filing, ordering and organising the general office space
         o Follow up with clients as required
         o Data entry work as required
         o Organising marketing functions as required
  • Any tasks relating to an office administration role

  • Ability to speak other languages will be a bonus (but is not compulsory)
