Role Responsibility

Responsibilities could include some of the following:

  • Being part of the Accreditation Team -  printing/issuing passes, welcoming people on-site, troubleshooting, updating smartsheets etc
  • Supervising prior rehearsals at a venue
  • Supporting event management at the Royal Albert Hall e.g. assisting on concerts
  • Supporting audience development partnerships including administration for Proms activities and tickets to new audiences
  • Other Event Admin tasks surrounding the Festival

The Ideal Candidate

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in some/all of the following and can demonstrate:

  • Enthusiasm for music and live events.
  • Commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for people of all backgrounds to participate in arts and culture
  • Work and collaborative communication with a wide range of people.
  • Being part of a team that delivers large-scale projects to live audiences in a timely and organised way
  • Planning & Organisation, interpersonal skills, time-management, attention to detail, ability to adapt quickly to a variety of software packages.
  • Some previous event management experience
  • Mindset is important: we want enthusiasm, ideas and creativity coupled with good communication and organisational skills. Turn challenging situations into practical solutions.
